on a saturday morning. i went to have breakfast. i felt there was aterrible smell and went over to have a look carefully. i found that there was abig pile of banana skins giving out the then a young fellow holding adustpan rubbish to walk towards here . he raised his hands, the big pile ofrubbish was here. at once i went to him and said “uncle , you can’t do like this. these things will rot very soon. it’s bad for our health and make the peoplefall ill.” however ,the man said “everyone does so ,who falls ill,who will seethe doctor.”

looking at this , i remembered another act : there is a stream through ourvillage. over it there are two bridges the age of seven years old , ienjoyed the beautiful scenery under the bridge very much. it was the best placeto swim in summer. but now the rubbish was getting more and more leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens…r rotting ,not only themosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel gh the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happeningnow. a lot of plastic bags always float on it summmer we have to go far awayfrom the village to swim.

what causes this? who is the devil?it’s the human ourselves. i have got toknown from a book rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields anddamages the earth’s surface pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages ourhealth. the adults often say “the body is capital.” but why are they able tomake woollen cloth like this ? does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life?

schoolmates, we are the host of society tomorrow . it’s our duty to improveand build the safe invironment.

safety is in our hands must take park in more environmental protectionactivities, plant more trees and flowers to make us live in a beautiful homewith the blue sky ,blue water and green land forever.

To build an economized society, we must keep the following points in ourminds. Firstly,make sure that the lights and the electric fans are turned offwhen there is no one in the room. Set the room temperature at above 26℃mber to turn off the computer when you are not using it. Secondly, try toform the habit of turning off the tap after it is used. Use basins when washingfaces or vegetables. Thus the water can be used again to clean toilets or waterflowers. Thirdly, it will be good enough to use a basket instead of plastic bagswhen you go to the market. As we know, a basket can be used many more times.

In a word, we should try our best to build an economized society.

Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are usingup our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive.

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon benone left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are ow that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, wecontinue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see thatif rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste productsare

still put into rivers.

We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in afew years, there won't be enough can we do to solve theseproblems?

If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals arekept.

Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them.

The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methodsof birth control.

Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have abetter and cleaner planet in the future.
