我最喜歡的節日my favorite festival大綱

Spring Festival is my favorite among allthe Chinese traditional festival. The first reason why I love it the most isbecause I can get lucky money on that festival. It is the Chinese custom thatthe old will give children lucky money on Spring Festival to wish a good luckfor the young generation. Moreover, people everywhere on those days are full ofhappiness. Quarrel, fight and abuse are almost disappeared at that time. Meanwhile,my mother will make a big meal for us to celebrate. Everyone will forget theunhappy thing they meet, instead remembering to appreciate life to wish abetter future. That is my favorite festival.

春節是中國傳統節日中我最喜歡。我最喜歡它的第一個原因是因爲我可以得到壓歲錢。老人會在春節給孩子們壓歲錢來祈禱年輕一代能有好運氣是中國習俗。此外，在那段時間裏到處都充滿着快樂。爭吵，打架和辱罵幾乎都聽不到了。而且我媽媽會給我們做一頓大餐來慶祝。每個人都忘記了那些不開心的事，而是記住了感激生活，希望一個更美好的未來。這就是我最喜歡的節日。

點評：春節（SpringFestival），中國及其他東亞文化圈地區最隆重最富有特色的傳統節日，在中國指正月初一，又叫陰曆年。在春節期間，中國的漢族和很多少數民族都要舉行各種活動以示慶祝。這些活動以祭祀神佛、祭奠祖先、除舊佈新、迎禧接福、祈求豐年爲主要內容。

China has many traditional festivals amongthe year. But I like Mid-Autumn Festival the most. It means harvest, because itis celebrated in the harvest season. And it is the time for famers to expresstheir thanks for harvest. In addtion, it’s the day for reunion. Some peoplecall it Tuanyuanjie. The people work or study far away from home will come backto get-together with their families. They will eat a big meal and mooncake  at that time. I hate parting but love Mid-Autumn Day is my favorite festival.

一年之中中國有很多傳統節日。我最喜歡的是中秋節。那意味着收穫，因爲它是在收穫的季節裏面慶祝的。那也是讓農民們感激收穫的時候。 此外，它也是團圓的日子。有人把它稱爲團圓節。在遠方工作或學習的人都會回來與家人團聚。他們會在那個時候一起吃一頓豐盛的晚餐和月餅。我討厭離別，喜歡團圓。所以我最喜歡的節日是中秋節。

點評：中秋節人們最主要的活動是賞月和吃月餅了。 其中嫦娥奔月的佳話一直被廣爲流傳。reunion，get-together都是團聚的意思。Mid-Autumn Festival（中秋節）是專有名詞首字母要大寫。

My favorite festival is Christmas Day. It’s not thetrditional for Chinese. It’s for the foreigners, which Christmas Day is to themwhat Spring Festival is us. But with the development of the society, more andmore foreigners come to China. And then it is popular in China. I feel excitedto see the Cristmas decoration and Christmas trees. I also like Santa Claus,who will give Christmas present for us under the table. And people will say ”MerryCristmas” to each other on that day. It is wonderful to have a foreignfestival.

我最喜歡的節日是聖誕節。它不是中國的傳統節日。是外國的。聖誕節對於他們來說就像是春節對於我們一樣。隨着社會的發展，越來越多的外國人來到 中國。之後聖誕節在中國也流行起來了。看到聖誕裝飾和聖誕樹我會感到很興奮。我也喜歡聖誕老人，他會悄悄的給我們聖誕禮物。在那一天人們會互相說聖誕快樂來打招呼。過一個國外的節日真的很美妙。

點評：聖誕節是爲了紀念耶穌的犧牲。with是介詞介詞後跟的是名詞所以發展要用名詞形式development而不是動詞形式develop。under the table字面爲在桌底下，所以它的意思是祕密
