It is necessary to raise the teacher’s salary, they have work so hard and make a lot of contribution to the country, they deserve earn more income. 當我還小的時候，如果人們問我將來想做什麼，我會毫不猶豫地回答成爲一名教師。在我心裏，成爲一名教師是很神聖的，人們把教師當做園丁，他們在爲培養國家未來的棟樑而做出貢獻。很多年以前，很多人選擇成爲一名教師，但是如今，教師只享受少量的福利，隨着經濟的增長，物價大幅度上漲，然而教師的工資只小幅度上漲。在一些鄉鎮，教師對目前的待遇很不滿意，他們那麼努力，但是這麼少的錢無法讓他們過上舒適的日子，因此他們爲了爭取福利而戰。提高教師的工資是很必要的，他們那麼努力工作，爲國家付出那麼多，值得掙更過的錢。
