Now there is a growing awareness/recognition of the necessity to mental health.A great number of people probably because of facing various pressures from work and life,they all look anxious and grieved. In general,there's something bad was gonna happen to phenomenon,thought-provoking as it is,does mirror a current social phenomenon-many people are suffering from mental problems,which should arouse the great concern of our whole society.

There may be a combination of factors which can explain the the one hand,with the developing of science and technology,many people under great pressure in order to make a living. On the other hand,they ignore the development of their mental front of frustrations and failures,they don't know how to handle them and how to adjust themselves.A long time of depressed will usually cause severe mental illness,which does great harm to people's daily life.

Consequently,the problems of mental health should pay more attention to . In the first place,we should learn to improve our psychological adaptability to cope with stress. What's more,exercise is a key factor in keeping fit-physically and mentally. At length,mental intervention in time,if necessary,should also be developed to help us resume both physical and mental health.

We used to say "Graduation is unemployed" sounds like a self fact,this is not only a kind of graduates in the government, especially fun themselves before the increasingly serious social problem.

But now the phenomenon of building own business has been bought to public attention. This is a new way of university students' undertaking,which will be of great significance for both themselves and the society.

Nowadays,many college students are attempting to star their own business instead of being employed. They decide to devote themselves to the career. Actually, building own business has many advantages. On the one hand,eliminate the unemployment, does not exist university graduates to find a job and worried. On the other hand,it can help students grow up quickly and cultivate young people's social responsibilities. They don't experience too much before they enter the society. However, they must experience a lot when building own business . Most of those things are not learned in school. And that can help them grow up quickly.

In my opinion,we should call on more students to make contributions using their knowledge acquired in the university. The government and the state shall enact relevant laws to help them.

When students go to the university, they always feel very excited to start the new chapter of their lives. As they have so much spare time, some choose to join the clubs and some find a part-time job, but most students have nothing to do and search the Internet all the time. It is advocated to develop hobbies during four years.

當學生們來到大學時，他們總是很興奮地去開始生活的新篇章。他們有很多空閒時間，有些人選擇參加社團，有些人則找兼職工作，但是大多數學生是無所事事，終日上網。大學四年是要倡導學生培養業餘愛好的。

To develop hobbies is like opening the gate to make friends. Some students are confused about how to communicate with others, because they have no idea what to say. Actually, when students develop more hobbies, he can join the communication anytime, because he knows the topic and can give his own opinion. It is enjoyable to join other people's topic and share the information.

培養業餘愛好就像是打開了交友的大門。一些學生很困惑該如何與他人交流，因爲他們不知道說些什麼。實際上，當學生們培養起越來越多的業餘愛好後，就可以隨時加入交流，因爲他知道那個話題，也可以給出自己的觀點。加入別人的話題，共享信息是一件很愉快的事情。

The more hobbies, the better. It means the person is knowledgeable, of couse we will see the charm from him. The major knowledge is what we must master, while developing more hobbies helps us become sociable, which is one of the important factors to be successful. When students are playing computer games in the spared time, we can do something different and we will make a difference.

愛好越多越好。這可以側面反映一個人的知識是淵博的，我們肯定也會看得到他的魅力。專業的知識是我們必須掌握的，然而培養更多的愛好能幫助我們變得善於交際，這是成功的重要因素之一。其實在玩電腦遊戲的時候，我們可以做一些不一樣的事情，我們會有所作爲的。
