年雙11失信案增近6成

An evaluation report on the "Double Eleven" (singles' day) shopping spree has been released in Beijing, offering insights into China's largest annual online shopping event.

一項關於“雙十一”(光棍節)購物狂歡的評估報告近日在北京發佈,在此報告中,提供了對中國最大的年度在線購物活動的獨特見解。

The report shows Cases of dishonesty connected to e-commerce platforms and enterprises, logistics companies, third-party payment platforms and consumers in a five-day period from Nov 11 to 15 increased 57.49% compared to last year.

報告顯示,今年11月11日至15日五天期間,涉及電商平台、電商企業、物流公司、第三方支付機構、消費者等主體的失信案例數量同比增加57.49%。

年雙11失信案增近6成

Sales of counterfeit products represent nearly 45% of those cases, 18.2% higher than last year. Bad feedback from consumers, frequent returns of goods, and complaints have been plenty. Some sellers use unreal low price as a business trap to promote their products.

其中涉嫌售假的佔比近45%,同比去年上升18.2%。消費者差評、頻繁退貨、投訴案例也很多。部分商家通過虛假低價的商業陷阱來促銷商品。

The report shows double-eleven has become the biggest shopping event for the Chinese e-commerce industry, with Taobao, Tmall and leading the way.

報告同時也顯示,雙十一已經成為由淘寶,天貓,京東領銜的電商的最大購物活動。

To tackle the problems, the report suggests that e-commerce laws should be developed as soon as possible. It also calls for the establishment of an online credit system to strengthen the discipline of the e-commerce industry.

為了解決上述問題,報告建議應儘快制定電子商務法。同時,該報告還呼籲應建立一個在線信用體系,以此加強對電子商務行業的紀律監督。
