答：兩者都可表示“突然進入某種狀態或發生某種情況”，但 burst into 後通常要接名詞 burst into ，而 burst out 後通常接動名詞。比較：She burst into tears (laughter). 她突然哭(笑)了起來。She burst out crying (laughing). 她突然哭(笑)了起來。
