提起KPI，小夥伴們應該不太陌生吧。KPI的英文全稱是Key Performance Indicator，即關鍵業績指標，又稱主要績效指標。現如今各企業都比較看重組織內部和各部門人員的KPI情況，會實施KPI考覈。

KPI考覈（Key Performance Indicators）也稱關鍵績效指標考覈法，這是一種管理思想（management theory），一種人才激勵策略（strategy for talent motivation），還是一種績效監控手段（means of performance monitoring）。

在商務英語裏，performance還有其他常見短語，如high performance高性能，高效能的、business performance企業績效，經營績效、performance management 績效管理、outstanding performance出色表現，傑出的表現、overall performance整體性能，總指標、performance index 業績指標。

我們來看2個例句：

Engineering improvements could eventually boost its performance.

工程改進最終可能會提高其性能。

The poor performance has been blamed on the recession and cheaper sports car imports.

業績慘淡歸咎於經濟衰退和更便宜跑車的進口。
