面試在求職過程中，可以說是壓力最大的一個環節。面對外國老闆連珠炮似的提問，如果能回答得從容不迫、簡明扼要，恰當中肯，而且合乎老外的口味，那麼肯定會大大增加你的錄取機會。接下來，小編給大家準備了有關英語面試的3字訣,歡迎大家參考與借鑑。
事先3項準備
對目標公司所在地、規模、在全球的活動概況等要事先有所瞭解，包括總公司在國內設立分公司的時間、業績表現、經營規模，以及今後打算開展的業務等，若能得到業界的評價更好。如無法得到書面資料，也要設法從該公司或其他同業中獲得情報。
面試時自我介紹內容應強調應徵的動機以及想應徵的崗位，因此收集好相關崗位的情報，自我介紹時才能胸有成竹，切合主題。
準備好所有證書材料，譬如與專業能力相關的資格證書，或參加培訓的資料，最好和應徵職務有直接關聯，不但可證明自己在這一方面所做的努力，也表示具有這個潛能。
談吐3P原則
自我介紹時應該記住“3P原則”：Positive(自信)，Personal(個性)，Pertinent(中肯)。談吐自信，就是要積極地進行自我肯定，讓面試人充分了解你的優點與潛能。突出個性，就是要把自己與衆不同的特點發揮出來，強調自己的專業與能力。語氣中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其實，誇誇其談，也不要涉及和自己無關的事情。
自我介紹應簡潔明瞭，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應快捷、邏輯性強的印象。自我介紹時間不宜太長，話不宜太多，最好控制在五分鐘之內。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，以免言多語失。另外，在自我介紹時應避免過多地使用“I”(我)，不要每個句子一開頭就冒出一個“I”字，給人留下自我標榜、以自我爲中心的印象。
靈活的應聘者往往會把“我”開頭的話，變成“你”字打頭。例如，面試人說：“Willyoupleasesaysomethingaboutyourself?”(請你談談自己的情況好嗎?)應聘者則說：“Doyouwantmetotalkaboutmypersonallifeortosaysomethingaboutthejob?”(你想讓我談談我個人的生活呢，還是與這份工作有關的問題?)這樣，你的談話就把面試人擺了進去。這種談話的方式所產生的效果是不言而喻的。面試畢竟是面試人與應聘者互相溝通的一種場合，應聘者時常把面試人擺進自己的談話當中去，自然而然就起到了互相溝通的作用。
圍繞3方面表現
回答問題時口齒要清晰、語調適中。內容要有條理、避免重複。介紹工作經歷採用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，着重強調有利於新工作的職務經歷。最好能說明曾擔任何種職務、實際成績、業績等，以及自己的工作對原來公司的影響。凡和此次應徵不相關的內容，儘量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現自己的優勢。
能力當你知道招聘單位目前急於用人時，首先把自己的專長講足說夠，然後順理成章地得出結論：I think your unit1 needs a man like me.(我想，貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。)用這樣的句式，讓面試人認爲你是站在他們的立場上說話，在替他們的發展考慮問題，於是更容易接受你。陳述自己的任職資格時，可以這麼開頭：I’mqualifiedforthejobbe鄄cause……(我能勝任這項工作，是因爲……)接着陳述理由。當面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時，參照的標準已不再是他心目中的標準，而是你列舉的理由。
業績外國公司面試喜歡用事實說話，爲了證明你的能力，你可以把過去的經歷聯繫起來，說明你曾經爲以前的公司解決過跟現在僱主所面臨的類似問題：IeploredShanghaimarketandsold50，000setsinoneyear.(我開發了上海(上海求購,上海供應)市場，一年銷售出去5萬套。)
誠意某個問題發表完見解之後，可以附帶加上一句：I'dliketohearyouropinion.(我很想聽聽你的意見。)這句話表明了你對面試人的尊敬，很容易使他(她)產生親切感。當面試人在試探你的應聘誠意時，應該及時表態：Sofarasthatiscon鄄cerned，youmusthaveunderstoodmydetermination.(談到這裏，您一定已經明白我的決心。)問些與工作內容相關的問題，能表現你對這份工作的興趣。如：Whatotherresponsibilitiesdoyouthinkthisjobwillinclude?(您覺得這份工作所包含的職責還有哪些?)
