然而，溫暖有禮的人始終深知，無論他們所面對的這個陌生人是什麼樣的地位或外表看來多莊重，私底下其實也都是極度需要被關懷的、很脆弱的、內心感到困惑的、愛吃的、情感豐富的人。而他們之所以會知道對方是這樣的人，是因爲他們從未忘記過自己其實也是這樣。
