I don’t really like stress, so I have quite a few coping mechanisms. They are as follows (ranking from low stress to high): Listening to cheerful music, watching sitcom, talking to an intimate friend, getting a massage, taking a short trip, to name just a few. Basically things that can take what’s causing the stress off my mind for a while.
