職場小貼士:老闆不如我?

理想中的上司是這樣的：欣賞你的能力，寬容你的缺點，關心你的生活。但是實際生活中不可能所有上司都是完美的。如果遇到一個能力不如自己的上司，你心中不滿他，他處處提防你，工作怎麼進行的下去？

不要把目光只放在老闆的缺點上:
For one thing, there must be some good qualities your boss has, but you don’t. Try to appreciate and learn from these qualities. Another thing to think about is that those bosses who just hopped into another new field care the most about the achievements of their employees. So show your confidence and get as much decision power as you can.
首先，既然是上司，肯定有一些你所不具備的素質包括品德，才華或良好的人際關係。其次，這種空降兵老闆最在意下屬的成績，因爲這關係到他本人的業績問題。所以要抓住機會展現自己的才華，得到最大的自主權。

切忌鋒芒太露：
It is office taboo to exceed you authority. So report to your superior in time and let him do the summaries and make the decisions. As long as he feels you are cooperative and trustworthy, he will be willing to give your more opportunities.
越權是職場大忌，正確做法是向上司彙報你的工作並把決策性和總結性的共組留給他來做。只有配合他的工作得到他的信任纔有機會被推薦，提拔。

老闆提防自己怎麼辦？
Office workers should realize that their superior don’t have an obligation to share their methods and resources. To make up for this, you can find some transregional or interdepartmental work to do in addition to your regular duties and find more opportunities by yourself.
首先要有良好的心態，上司分享自己的經驗和資源其實並不是他的義務。其次在做好本職工作的前提下，可以找一些跨部門跨地域的工作來擺脫他的控制。
