一、巧做筆記。
當聽到關鍵信息的時候，如專有名詞、時間、數字、觀點、表邏輯關係的連詞時，我們要快速而簡潔地做下筆記以供後續參考。做筆記時，寫下與關鍵詞相關的語義詞。例如：
