阿里巴巴電商中心落地馬來西亞

China's e-commerce giant Alibaba last Wednesday announced a plan to set up an e-commerce hub in Malaysia encompassing logistics, cloud-computing and e-financial service.

我國電商巨頭阿里巴巴上週三宣佈，計劃在馬來西亞建設涵蓋物流、雲計算、電子金融服務的電商中心。

The hub will be part of the collaboration between Alibaba and the Malaysian government in the development of a Digital Free Trade Zone in Malaysia.

該中心是阿里巴巴與馬來西亞政府在馬建設"數字自由貿易區"的部分合作。

Alibaba Cloud, its cloud computing arm, will build a cloud platform in Malaysia to foster local small and medium enterprises.

阿里巴巴旗下雲計算公司阿里雲將在馬建設雲平臺，以培育馬來西亞本土中小企業。

While Ant Financial inked an agreement with Malaysia's leading banks CIMB and Maybank to explore collaboration opportunities in e-payment and financing services in Malaysia.

而螞蟻金服則與馬來西亞兩大銀行聯昌國際銀行和馬來亞銀行簽署協議，以發掘馬來西亞電子支付和金融服務領域的合作機會。

"There will be a logistics hub, we got one-stop service, we have got big data. As long as you have a good product, you have a good idea, this facility is going to enable you," Jack Ma said.

馬雲表示：“這個數字自由貿易區將成爲提供一站式服務的物流樞紐、大數據樞紐。只要你有好的產品，好的想法，這裏就將助你一臂之力。”

Among the details in the agreement announced on Wednesday, Alibaba's logistic platform Cainiao and its e-commerce website Lazada will lead other Alibaba subsidiaries and affiliates in the development of a regional e-commerce and logistics hub near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

當天宣佈的合作的具體內容包括：阿里巴巴旗下物流平臺菜鳥和電商網站拉扎達將率領其他子公司和分支機構，在吉隆坡國際機場附近建設區域電商物流樞紐。
