中西餐差別 The Differences Between Chinese Food and Western Food

What people like to eatdepends on the environment and custom. There are two main kinds of food whichare Chinese food and Western food. They are different.

人們喜歡吃什麼取決於環境和風俗。有兩種主要的食品，中餐和西餐的。他們是不一樣的。

First, cooktechniques are different. Chinese people tend to use stir-fry or quick-frymethod. Western people like to have their vegetables or meat either steamed orboiled. Second, Chinese food and western food have their own ese people think taste is more important. Chinese cooks always spend muchtime on taste. Western people think nutrition is more important. They have abalanced diet. Their food must contain vitamin and protein. Third, there is alsoa huge difference. Chinese people use chopsticks. They just use chopsticks topick things and pass it into your mouse. Western people use fork and use fork to hold the meat and cut it by knife and use fork to help to getthat piece of meat into mouse. Finally, the banquet forms are ese like to eat dinner together at a big table. Western people like to eatbuffet. They like to eat freely.

首先，烹調方法不同。中國人傾向於使用旺火炒或者爆的方法。西方國家的人喜歡蒸或者煮蔬菜或肉。第二，中餐和西餐都有他們自己的特點。中國人認爲味道更重要。中國廚師總是在味道上花很多時間。西方人覺得營養更重要。他們有着均衡的飲食。他們的食物必須含有維生素和蛋白質。第三，還有一個很大的區別。中國人使用筷子。他們只是用筷子夾東西進嘴巴。西方人使用刀叉。他們用叉把肉定住，用刀把它切小，之後再用叉把肉放到嘴巴里。最後，宴會的形式也是不一樣的。中國人喜歡一起在一張大桌子邊吃晚餐。西方人喜歡吃自助餐。他們喜歡自由自在地吃。

As far as I am concerned, Chinese food andwestern food have their own characteristics. We should not say which is ever we eat, what we should do is eating healthy.

我覺得中餐和西餐都有它自己的特點。我們不應該說哪個更好。無論我們吃什麼，我們都應該要吃得健康。
