Nowadays, going to gym after work is most people’s choice, because they need to be keep fit. The young blue and white collar sit in their offices all the daytime and they lack of exercise, most of them are in the sub-health state. They realize the importance of taking exercise and more gyms have been opened to meet their needs. In my opinion, we can not only exercise our body, but also to have fun. The gym provides people a place to make friends. They can find someone who has the same interest with them, and then just talk to them. They can forget about the annoyance and just relax themselves. Some girls like to do yoga while some boys like to play badmiton. They can choose whatever they like, which is good for keeping good mood. 現在，很多人選擇下班後去健身房因爲他們需要保持身體健康。年輕的藍領和白領總是一整天一整天的坐在辦公室，缺乏鍛鍊，很大一部分人都是處於亞健康狀態。他們意識到鍛鍊的重要性，也有開設了越來越多的健身房來滿足他們的需求。在我看來，鍛鍊不僅僅是鍛鍊身體，還可以獲得樂趣。健身房給大家提供了一個交朋友的平臺。他們可以找到有相同的興趣的人，然後與之交流。這樣可以忘記煩惱，放鬆自己。有些女孩喜歡做瑜伽，有些男孩喜歡打羽毛球。他們可以選擇任何他們喜歡的運動，這有利於保持好心情。
