People who exercise burn calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. When you exercise, you burn food calories as fuel. If a person eats more calories than he or she burns, the body stores them away as fat. Exercise can help burn these stored calories. Finally, exercising to maintain a healthy weight also decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.

Some students do not even do this, they just cheat on the examinations in order to get high grades.
I believe that a grading system is good and necessary for a school, but it should not be the only measure of a person's ability. schools should set up more elective courses, for instance, to train the students to solve practical problems. or they can give more consideration to some changes in the examinations that can arouse the leaning interest instead of just giving grades.

I’m writing to tell you something about the problem of food safety.
A couple of days ago, one of my classmates bought a bag of food from a supermarket. Some roommates were invited to enjoy the food. A doctor examined them and gave them some medicine. They were out of danger soon after taking the medicine.
