Nowadays,high school students hold different opinions about after-class e are two quite different phenomenonena.

Some students are crazy about sports and some other spend much time in joining the outdoor activities and varies of groups , and also,making new ver,they pay a little attention to their studies.

On the contrary, some students spend almost of their time in studies and don't enjoy attending other activities.

In my opinion,I think neither of them is correct.I think we should study hard,but we also need time to relax ourselves,because if a one in a good state,he can do better.

Today, the young generation lives a good life, the peace of life makes them feel bored, so they begins to chase for exciting sports. Parachute sport is the most popular and challenging for them, people jump for the high mountain and then open the parachute, flying above the sky and seeing the scenery. It is so dangerous, but the more dangerous, the more people like. The parachute sport is such a great challenge that some people choose bungee jumping, it is safe but also excited. People jump from the top and almost to the river. The lose of gravity makes people feel like dying, it is the sense of dying attracts people. But not everyone is suitable for these adventure sports, the people whose have heart Disease are not allowed to do it. No matter what kind of sport people try, safety comes first.

今天,年輕一代人過着美好的生活,正由於生活的平靜讓他們感到無聊,因此他們開始追求刺激的運動。跳傘運動對人們來說是很受歡迎,很有挑戰的運動,他們從高山上跳下來,然後打開跳傘,在天空飛翔,看看風景。這是多麼危險啊,但是越危險,人們就越喜歡。跳傘運動是一項如此大的挑戰,因而一些人選擇蹦極,這比較安全,也同樣很刺激。人們從高處跳下來,幾乎抵達水面。重心的失衡讓人們感到死亡的接近,正是這樣的感覺吸引着人們。但並不是每個人都適合這些冒險運動,那些有心臟病的人是不允許這樣做的。無論人們嘗試哪種運動,安全放在第一位。

If our bodies are not strong, our spirit to do things will certainly be quite dull. And at the same time, we are lack of energy (ies) to study. Diseases will only attack the weak, but not the strong.

Why are our bodies not strong? Because we do not pay attention to exercise. For this reason, we students must often take different kinds (sorts) of exercise in the gym.

Exercise helps us (to) strengthen our bodies and avoid disease. It also teaches us cooperation, for most exercise is played by team.

如果我們的身體不強壯,我們做事的精神一定會十分遲鈍。而且同時,我們也缺少足夠的精力來讀書。疾病只爲侵擊體弱的人而不是強壯的人。

爲什麼我們的身體會不強壯呢?因爲我們不注意運動。基於此種理由,我們學生必須時常在運動場做不同種類的運動。

運動幫助我們強壯身體並避免疾病。它也教我們合作,因爲大多數的運動都是團體遊玩的。
