I like staying late at night and getting up late next Morning. Usually, I won’t go to bed before one o’clock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up. Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over. So sometimes I can’t catch up with my teacher, because I can’t focus my mind. And I don’t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat. I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my lifestyle is unhealthy. I need to change it. I can’t sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my lifestyle, I can make my life more wonderful.
我喜歡晚睡,第二天早上又喜歡睡懶覺。通常,不到一點我是不會去睡覺的。第二天鬧鐘響的時候,我要掙扎很久才起得了牀。大多數時間,我在下課前我就很累了。所以有時我都跟不上老師的進度,因爲我無法集中精神。我還不喜歡吃蔬菜。我只吃肉。可能是因爲這個原因所以我有點胖。我意識到我的生活方式是不健康的。我要去改變。我晚上不能睡太晚,而且要多吃蔬菜。如果我改變我的生活方式,我的生活將會更加精彩。
