It will be a good place to ponder and read. Hua Jing will receive limited customer everyday. In order to help save time and the customer can come in during their noon break，the relaxing house will be located in the business building. It will be surrounded by flowers and trees. It will be built with glass roofs and doors, so the sunlight can shine into it.
Our mission is to provide customers a relaxing place at low cost. They will be full of energy to work hard after a rest. We also encourage people to aspire to a comfortable life style and enjoy everyday.

Competitive Analysis
Coffee house and tea house are the current competitors with my relaxing house. Shangdao (U.B.C) coffee is a famous Chinese coffee house. It has more than 500 stores and has a website but it is not very good. It serves high income customers whom usually are 20 to 50 years old and pursue fashionable and high quality lives. It provides authentic coffee and delicate food (both Chinese and western food). The price of coffee is from 25 to 128 RMB. It spends capital on purchasing raw materials, luxury furniture and to pay staff. The company’s goal is to establish a first-rate food and beverage brand.
Another competitor of my business is the tea house. You can find tea houses all over China, no matter if you are in a big city like Beijing or a small city like my hometown Yiyang. Most of them don’t have websites. Tea houses provide automatic mahjong table, computers and meals. They serve all kinds of customers. Customers usually spend 250 to 300 RMB from 12:00 pm to 18:00 pm. Customers also relaxing and have lunch with their friends at here. These kinds of companies spend money to purchase tables and computers, for staff, rent and daily expenses.
The strengths of the coffee house and tea house are they are familiar to the customers, they provide a place to meet with friends and have meals together, and it is easy to find. But these two kinds of relaxing house are usually near to the shopping centers, they are convenient to the shopper more than the officer. They are not quiet enough and the customer can’t nap at here. They all need a lot of staff (cooker, cashier, cleaner and waitress) and the cost is high. Compared with the coffee house and tea house, I will keep the some good aspect and do some things differently to beat my competitor. My store will be located near the business buildings. Customers can make appointment on my store’s website. I will only employ three to five staff members. Customer can relax and sleep here.
Most of my classmates think the quiet and homelike environment will be attractive to them, they all said they will relax in such a place. They think I should improve the environment. How much they would pay for my relaxing house depends on the environment and facility. I don't think there is lot of competitor.
