The recent announcement that a company wishes to build a large factory near our community arouses different reactions from the residents.
Building such a factory will bring some benefits to the community. The most obvious advantage will be the increase in jobs. An equally welcome benefit will be the money that those new employees will spend for goods and services in our shops and stores. Further, the products the company manufactures will improve our lives.
However, there are some disadvantages in siting the factory here. During its construction there will be a lot of noise and inconvenience to nearby residents. The new plant will produce waste products and poilutams which may harm the environment and threaten our health.
After weighing the advantages and disadvantages, I support the decision to set up the factory here. I believe if we realize the disadvantages before the construction begins, we can take action to minimize them.

A's pleasant appearance also attracts me which is a fact I can't deny. I would like my husband to be, though probably not extremely attractive, at least good-looking. Beside, I like a person of average intelligence because I am of average intelligence myself and I think my days will be more enjoyable if both of us are at the same intelligent level. One word more, he has a good job and a fine future, which certainly play an important part in our happiness.
Therefore, I will choose person A to be my partner in life because I think that his overall condition goes with mine and that I will be happy sharing my life with this person.

Only wealthy people could afford it. Today it is possible for more and more people in every country to travel in comfort with the help of jet planes.
In conclusion, the speed and low cost of international jet travel have changed the world and the world seems to become smaller than it was in the past.

Students have no right to express personal feelings by scribbling on them. In fact, most of the marks left there are meaningless and very ugly, and some are engraved by knives and the like that the damage is hard to remove.
A college with good academic atmosphere should not allow such behavior and any student with morality will feel ashamed of that. So stop scribbling on the desks from now on. Let our campus remain clean and beautiful by our joint efforts.
