To flip means to turn something. What does the flip look like? Why is the action done? What will be the outcome?

範例1：

“Very well. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule for this 'interview.' Let's get started,” Wolfe said as he took out his notebook and pen, flipping to the page with his questions written. He was sure the model took note of his emphasis on the word 'interview.' He looked over his notes. When he was sitting on the couch in the lobby of the office building waiting for the model, he had been rehearsing many times the questions he was going to ask. When the time actually came, it felt a little unreal.
