相互代詞each other和one another的用法

1.相互代詞(reciprocal pronoun)就是表示相互關係的代詞。它與它所指代的名詞或代詞是一種互指關係，因此它們是複數或者二者以上。英語中的相互代詞有兩個，即each other和one another。
They know each other well for they are close friends.
他們都非常瞭解對方，因爲他們是親密的朋友。
You look as though you know one another.
你們看起來像是互相認識。
Usually these small groups were independent of each other.
這些小團體通常是相互獨立的。
2.相互代詞each other和one another通常在句中作賓語，如：
You need to learn how to respect each other and not overstep your bounds with each other and help understand each other.
你們兩個要學會尊重對方、理解對方、不逾矩。
All things are interrelated and interact on each other.
一切事物都互相聯繫並相互作用。
By competing with one another, they create and build vehicles with different attributes and character.
通過相互競爭，他們創造出具有不同屬性和特徵的交通工具。
3. 相互代詞each other可分開使用，即each…other。但相互代詞one another則不能分開使用，分開使用的意思會變化，如：
The couple each tried to persuade the other to stay at home.
這對夫妻雙方都想勸說對方留在家裏。
Planes took off one after another.
飛機陸續起飛。
4. 相互代詞each other和one another可以使用它們的所有格形式，如：
The teacher asked students to correct each other's mistakes in their homework.老師讓學生們互相修改作業中的錯誤。
Only when we have the courage to cross the street and look in one another's eyes can we see there that we are children of the same God and members of the same human family.
