In the UK, we like Curry. The hottest is normally something called a Vindaloo - its pretty intense. The next one up which some restaurants don’t even list for us white people is Phaal - damn, that stuff is uncomfortable to eat and when you order it, they ask are you sure; I thought they were joking... they were not. It caused me great pain to eat it as I am sure all the staff had a good chuckle watching me battle to try and eat it. The pain coming out the other end was tremendous.
