Well, I have been the director of personnel at Wang’s Lumber for the last five years.
我過去5年在王氏木材公司的人事部門任主管。

How does your experience at a Lumber company qualify you for work at our company?
你在王氏木材公司工作的經驗使你有資格在我們公司工作呢？

Well,I didn’t actually deal with the Lumber, I dealt with people. The same as I would in your company.
