There are several reasons why people feel no confidence about themselves when they meet the challenges. First of all, they underestimate themselves. Second, they tend to overestimate the problems that in front of them. Last but not least, they are afraid of losing their face or making terrible mistakes if they fail.
當人們面對挑戰的時候之所以會不自信，有如下的幾個原因。首先，他們低估了自己的能力;其次，又高估了所面對的困難。最後一點，他們害怕丟臉或是被他人嘲笑，如果他們真的失敗了的話。
There are many ways for us to build up self-confidence. Emerson used to say: “Self-trust is the first secret of success.” Before we do something, we should make full preparations and try to encourage ourselves that we will success. If we fail, don’t be afraid, try again; or turn to others for help. If we can overcome the adversities this time, then we will gain some confidence. Step by step, we would become more and more confident. We should have a right attitude toward our abilities and should never look down upon ourselves. The chief thing to remember is: failure is the mother of success.
塑造信心有很多種方式。艾默生曾經說過：“自信是成功的第一祕訣”。在我們做事情之前，先做好充分準備並儘量鼓勵自己，相信自己會成功。如果我們失敗了，也別害怕，再試一次;或者像他人求助。如果這一次我們能夠克服困難，那麼，我們的自信心就會增加。一步一步的，就會變得越來越自信。對自己的能力，也應該有個正確的態度，不要低估自己的能力。最需謹記的是：失敗是成功之母。

Doing this will make your roommate moved, they will be considerate for you, too. If you are in trouble, they will come to help.
第二件事就是爲人着想。想象一下，如果你的室友明天有考試，但是你習慣了玩電腦到很晚，然後你要做一些犧牲，你今晚需要早點睡，爲了不打擾你的室友。這樣做會讓你的室友感動，他們也會爲你着想。當你有困難時，他們會幫住你。

In Chinese tradition, when people married, the boy should give some dowries to the girl’s parents, what’s more, as the time goes by, nowadays, a house and a car seem to be the necessary things for the marriage. While as the pressure is so heavy to a marriage, some couples make the brave choice, they choose to marry with abandoning the tradition, they don’t want the tradition becomes an obstacle of their love. Though most parents are not agreed with such idea, some open-minded parents have accepted the naked marriage. They think if they love each other deeply, they will fight for their future together.
“裸婚”這個詞在近年裏出現，那相當於兩個人的結合在沒有物質的基礎上。在中國的傳統裏，的那個人們結婚，男方應該給女方的父母一些嫁妝，而且，隨着時代的發展，現在，一所房子和一輛車似乎是婚姻的必需品。然而婚姻的壓力如此的大，一些情侶做出了勇敢的決定，他們選擇拋棄傳統結婚，他們不想要傳統成爲愛的絆腳石。雖然大部分家長不贊同這樣的主意，但是一些開明的家長已經接受了裸婚。他們覺得如果他們深愛彼此，就會共同爲將來奮鬥。
Naked marriage is simple and easy, though it goes against the tradition, I will say that naked marriage is pure and holy.
裸婚簡單易行，雖然這有悖傳統，但是我覺得裸婚神聖純潔。
