I think that I shall never see 我想我從未見過一首
A poem lovely as a tree.美如玉樹的詩章。
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest 一棵張着飢餓嘴巴的樹，
against the earth's sweet flowing breast;緊壓在大地甘美而流暢的乳房上;
A tree that looks at God all day，一棵整天望着神的樹，
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;舉起枝葉繁茂的手臂來祈禱;
A tree that may in summer wear 一棵樹在夏日裏可能
A nest of robins in her hair;戴着一窩知更鳥在頭髮上;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain;雪花堆積在她的懷抱裏;
Who intimately lives with the rain.雨水也和她親切地生活在一起。

I wander'd lonely as a cloud 我像一朵浮雲獨自漫遊
