保持積極樂觀 Keep Positive and Optimistic

Recently, I have seen an impressive film –Precious,which tells the growing experiences about a pretty fat black girl, PreciousJones, a girl living in the Harlem. The film reveals the poor and miserablelife in the Harlem, but at the same time, it encourages people to take apositive and optimistic attitude to face it, no matter how difficult it is.

最近，我看了一部印象深刻的電影——《珍愛》。這部電影講述的是一個生活在哈勒姆區的美麗胖女孩珍愛瓊斯的成長經歷。它揭露了哈勒姆區貧窮痛苦的生活，但是，它也同時鼓勵了人們不管遇到什麼樣的困難都要以積極樂觀的態度去面對生活。

Precious is so undereducated that she can not read andwrite formally. What’s worse, she is usually knocked around by her irasciblemother. Worst of all, she is sexually assaulted by her stepfather and has twochildren before the age of seventeen. Owing to the situation she gets involved,she has to leave school and is introduced to alternative school. After wagingmany struggles and overcoming many difficulties, she finds the goals of lifeagain with the help of her teacher and classmates.

珍愛受到很少的教育，所以她不能正常地讀書寫字。更糟的是，她經常被她母親暴躁的脾氣逼得四處流浪。最糟的是，她被繼父強姦，未滿17歲就有了兩個小孩。鑑於她所遭遇的情況，她不得不輟學到替代學校學習。在經歷了一些掙扎，克服許多困難後，在老師和同學的幫助下她重新找到了生活的目標。

In the film, Precious insists on keeping her childrenall the time though she gets involved in trouble. She has a firm belief thatshe can get rid of the past life and start the new one and she really makes it insistence tells me that keeping positive and optimistic would make a greatcontribution to achieve dream.

在電影中，儘管遇到很多困難，珍愛仍然堅持撫養她的孩子。她堅信她能夠擺脫過去的生活有全新的開始，最終她做到了。她的堅持告訴我們，保持積極樂觀有助於實現夢想。

In life, many people are easy to feel frustrated bymeeting a bit of setback. As far as I am concerned, we need to learn to keeppositive and optimistic when facing difficulties so that we have more power tokeep and pursue our dreams.

在生活中，很多人遇到一點挫折就容易覺得沮喪。在我看來，遇到困難的時候，我們應該學會保持積極樂觀的態度，這樣我們就有更多的力量去維持和追逐我們的夢想。
