英語散文:樂觀與悲觀 Optimism and Pessimistic

The optimism all saw in each time the danger to the opportunity, but the pessimistic person all saw in each opportunity to the danger.
樂觀者在每次危難中都看到了機會，而悲觀的人在每個機會中都看到了危難。

父親欲對一對孿生兄弟作“性格改造”，因爲其中一個過分樂觀，而另一個則過分悲觀。一天，他買了許多色澤鮮豔的新玩具給悲觀孩子，又把樂觀孩子送進了一間堆滿馬糞的車房裏。

“告訴你，爸爸。”那孩子得意洋洋地向父親宣稱，“我想馬糞堆裏一定還藏着一匹小馬呢！”
