雅思寫作0.5分是怎麼算的?
備考雅思的同學都知道，雅思寫作分爲兩篇：圖表描述題(俗稱小作文)和意見論述題(俗稱大作文)。由於兩篇文章字數要求(150字 vs 250字)和時間要求(20分鐘 vs 40分鐘)的不同，在最終計入寫作分時，小作文佔總分的1/3，大作文佔總分的2/3。
在對雅思大、小作文分別算分時，雅思官方評分是根據task response、coherence & cohesion、lexical resources、grammatical range & accuracy四個方面每個方面由0-9給出一個整數的分數，再除以4個方面，取得一個平均分。雅思寫作單篇計分以0.25爲單位退位計算。
例如，某考生在雅思小作文中四項平均分爲5.25，最終小作文計分爲5分，另一考生雅思小作文四項平均分爲5.75，則最終小作文計分爲5.5。雅思大作文同理。
雅思考生要注意雅思總分算分方式與單篇作文的算分方式不同。雖然雅思總分也是以聽、說、讀、寫四門平均分計算，但是雅思總分以0.25爲進位。也就是如果一個考生聽、說、讀、寫四門的平均分爲5.25，那麼該考生的總分顯示爲5.5。同理，如果是5.75的平均分，則最後成績單上的總分進位爲6分。
