In recent years， many popular stars are reported to have migrated to foreign xample， a reputable actress last year swore under the national flag of Singapore to becomeits citizen. She is claimed to have a Singaporean husband. Although those popular starshave the natural right to choose their nationalities， and there are various reasons for them tomake such decisions， once they have migrated to foreign countries， they are no more citizensof PRC.
