1. A little goes a long way.

It's scientifically proven that spending time outdoors is good for you, and you only need a fewminutes (even just five to 15) to feel some positive effects.

2. Don't bring too much.
Working outside can be challenging when you're trying to work with too many pieces. It'sbetter to be a little more contained. Trying bringing just two things instead, maybe a laptopand a notebook, or a file and your notes.
