第一句：Let me introduce myself, by the way, my name is Dick Brown.
順便自我介紹一下，我叫迪克·布朗。

A: An interesting meeting, isn't it?
很有意思的會議，是吧？
B: Yes, very. I thought the last speaker was especially good.
是的，很有意思。我認爲最後一個發言者格外棒。
A: Let me introduce myself, by the way, my name is Dick Brown.
順便自我介紹一下，我叫迪克·布朗。
B: How do you do? I'm Mary Green.
你好，我叫瑪麗·格林。

第二句：Green, G-R-E-E-N, but just call me Mary.
格林。G-R-E-E-N，你就叫我瑪麗吧。

A: OK. I'm Dick.
好的，我是迪克。
B: Glad to meet you.
很高興認識你。

知識點延伸：

美國人見面時，不一定會握手，只要笑一笑，打個招呼就行了，即使是第一次見面。而中國人則視握手爲一個基本禮節。

在美國，人們見面時喜歡直呼其名，這是親切友好的表示，縱使交談之初可能互相用姓稱呼，但過一會兒就改成名字。
