【講解】文中的repay the difference 就是指退差價，還可以說成refund the difference/balance。Refund除了作動詞外，還可以作名詞，如export tax refund (出口退稅)，full refund (全額退款)。hit a brick wall 是指遇到了困難，碰壁。
