幸福就是貓吃魚狗吃肉奧特曼打小怪獸？冬天到了，今天英語君就來分享一些幸福美好的詞語。
1. happiness 幸福；快樂；適當
這是最常用的詞啦，分享兩個作文裏可以用到的句子吧。
Happiness doesn't always go with money.
幸福未必伴隨金錢而來。
Happiness consists in trying to do one's duty.
幸福在於履行自己的責任。
2. bliss 極樂，狂喜；天賜之福
Lying on a sunny beach is my idea of sheer bliss.
我認爲躺在沙灘上曬太陽是最大的幸福。
wedded/domestic bliss
婚姻／家庭生活的幸福
bliss也可以作動詞，翻譯成“欣喜若狂，狂喜，樂不可支”。
常見搭配有：bliss (sb) out，來個例句：
I like to go off on my own - to sit back and bliss out in a darkened movie theater.
我喜歡獨自外出——舒服地坐在漆黑的電影院裏，樂在其中。
要注意的是，bliss和bless長的相似，但是詞性和意思很不相同。
bless的意思是“祝福；使神聖”，是及物動詞；bliss意爲“快樂”或“幸福”，是名詞。
3. blessedness 幸福；福音
blessed是形容詞，表示“神聖的；有福的；愉快的”。blessedness就看作是blessed的名詞形式。
single blessedness常用來開玩笑，形容獨身、未婚之福，比如：
live in single blessedness
過單身生活
而我們中文裏所說的“福氣”，我覺得就可以用blessing表示。這個單詞的意思是“幸事；喜事”。
His illness was a blessing in disguise, because he afterwards married his nurse.
他生病倒是因禍得福，因爲後來他和他的護士結了婚。
4. eudaemonia 幸福
這個詞指因理性而積極生活所帶來的幸福，尤指亞里士多德哲學中的理性健康生活。

5. euphoria 幸福愉快感
They were in a state of euphoria for days after they won the prize.
獲獎之後一連幾天他們都處於亢奮狀態。
《哈利·波特》裏的歡欣劑就翻譯成了Elixir to Induce Euphoria。帶有陽光般金黃色的歡欣劑會給服用它的人一種幸福感。
elixir是一種通常爲液體的萬靈藥，長生不老藥。
6. felicity 幸福，幸運，快樂
這是一個偏文學性的詞語，比如：
joy and felicity
快樂和幸福
Felicity is easily found, but hard to be kept.
找到幸福容易，維持幸福困難。
felicity也可以翻譯成“恰當的語句；精妙的評論”，比如：
Her article contained one or two verbal felicities that will stay in my mind for years.
她的文章中有一兩處精妙之語，會令我多年難以忘懷。
7. weal 福利；幸福

無論在順境或逆境；無論是禍是福

8. welfare 福利；福利事業；幸福

我至爲關心的是我一家的幸福。
