（1）Performance 業績
要提升業績就要做好前期工作準備。包括：努力提升產品的質量和努力提升服務質量。

商業領導人必須加強自己的能力，在機遇、風險和技術投資與他們的員工應用信息的才能之間平衡，以增加產值、提高業績。

因此，困境公司採取有效方法積極脫困、提升業績、儘快步入正常化經營是十分必要和重要的。

（2）performance evaluation 性能評估
性能評估是指公司或上級領導按照一定的標準，採用科學的方法，衡量與評定員工完成崗位職責任務的能力與效果的管理方法，其主要目的是爲了讓員工更好的工作，爲公司服務。

Prepare a formal, written performance evaluation with your employee. Usethe written evaluation forms provided, or create one of your own.

爲你的員工準備一份正式並手寫的表現評估表，使用這張評估表爲你自己也創造一份。

The Board also reviews the CEO performance evaluation to ensure that the CEO is providing effective leadership of the Corporation.

董事會還對對CEO的業績進行評估，以確保CEO能給公司帶來有效的領導力。

（3）challenge 批評；質疑
當老闆對你提出批評和質疑的時候千萬不能氣餒，而是應該多和老闆溝通彼此的想法，找出自己的問題所在，然後逐一解決它。畢竟，大多情況下辯解並不是個好方法，反而開放和高效率纔是老闆所看重的。

他差勁的表現遭到了老闆的批評。

（4）presentation 彙報
這裏的彙報大多數是指用PPT、投影儀做的彙報。Presentation除了要有過硬的PPT技術以外，還要你的口才、邏輯能力。

(5)quota配額；定額；限額
員工的（一年或者半年的）任務量

(6)vacation 休假

在公司，一份工作可是是需要多個工作人員，多個部門一起合作完成的。儘管你已經完成了你手中的部分，但有時候適當的跟蹤工作的情況或者進度，可以讓你加分不少哦。
