When you are promoted to a high level in the company, you will have more power in making decisions in your job. Getting a promotion also means that you will gain more respect and attention from the whole society. 作爲年輕人，尋找成就感是其職業生涯中最重要的事情。每個人都希望使自己的生活變得有意義。工作能給人們帶來成就感，因而成爲了普通人實現這一目標的一種有效方式。

I think the biggest drive for people to work hard is that his effort can be valued and respected by other people. Without recognition, one will feel his work is nothing important and then lose his enthusiasm for hard working. In this sense, to realize one's personal value is the most important, not the salary.

我認爲一個人努力工作最大的動力就是得到他人的認可和尊重。如果得不到相應的認可，這個人就會覺得工作毫無意義，然後逐漸失去鬥志。這樣說來，最重要的是實現個人份值而並非薪水。
