Do you have any plans for the weekend?
你週末有什麼計劃嗎?I hope you do, if you don't check out the culture page in your local paper or on the internet or just sit down and think of something that you want to do.
我希望你有個計劃,如果你不是看看當地報紙或互聯網的文化頁或只是坐下來想你想做的事。
I hope to go on a small road trip this weekend.
我希望在這個週末有一次很小的開車旅行。I have a few ideas but my wife and I haven't decided exactly where to go.
我有一些想法,但我的妻子和我還沒有決定到底去哪兒。What you do on the weekend obviously depends on the weather, if it's nice and warm outside we often play in the water.
你週末幹什麼顯然要看天氣而定,如果是挺暖和的,我們經常在外面玩水。This means that we could have a water fight with squirt guns outside the house or we could go to the ocean and splash in the water there.
這意味着我們在房子外面能有一次噴射水槍大戰或者我們可以去海邊，一頭扎進水裏。When it's really cold, we'd like to go sliding, you can pay and go on man made slopes but we like to grab a bar and slide down the slipper slope with the neighborhood's kids.
當天氣實在太冷了,我們想去滑冰,你可以花錢在人造斜坡上過癮,但是我們想抓住一個板子, 與鄰居的孩子從坡上滑下來，享受單純的快樂。So what's going to be this weekend, indoor stuff, boring, shopping, walking around the music or outdoor stuff, going for a hike or simply a walk?
所以這個週末有什麼安排呢？室內活動、無聊、購物、聽着音樂四處走走還是活動,去遠足或者簡單地去散散步嗎?Of course you can always stay at home and play a ballgame or watch a family video altogether.
當然你可以呆在家裏玩球類運動或全家觀看一段家庭視頻。Sometimes we buy a Jigsaw Puzzle and put it together on the kitchen table, we are just talking to each other it's nice to work together as a team.
有時我們會買一個拼圖,把它放在廚房桌子上,我們彼此交談,很高興在一起工作,就像一個團隊。I hope to spend some quality times with my family even it's for short time.
我希望能多花些時間與我的家人在一起，即使是較短的時間。I want to focus on the quality.
我想集中注意力在質量上。I hope you and your love ones also agree to spend some quality time together.
我希望你和你所愛的人也同意在一起的時間有些質量。It's not just how much time you spend with someone, but how well you spend the time with that person that counts.
這不僅僅是你花多少時間與對方在一起,而是你如何與那人花時間,那纔是很重要的。It's the quality not the quantity that's important.
不是追求量而是追求質。Remember, if you don't have a plan for the weekend yet, take the moment and make one.
