新聞熱詞盤點:人爲失誤 human error

據俄新網報道，一名俄羅斯安全部門消息人士表示，人爲失誤可能是造成波蘭總統專機墜毀的最主要原因。

Russian investigators suggested human error may have been to blame in the plane crash that killed the Polish president and 95 others, saying Monday there were no technical problems with the Soviet-made plane.

俄方調查人員週一表示，波蘭總統及隨行95人搭載的蘇聯造飛機並未發現技術上的故障，其墜毀的原因可能是人爲失誤。

在上面的報道中，human error指“人爲失誤”，即人的行爲失誤，就是工作人員在生產、工作中產生的錯誤或誤差。除此之外還有technical error（技術錯誤），instrumental error（儀器誤差）等不同原因的失誤。表達“失誤”可以用error，也可以用fault，lapse等。網球、手球等的發球失誤就是用fault來表示。Lapse指的“失誤”一般爲小錯，例如：a lapse of the tongue（口誤）。Error可以指較爲嚴重的錯誤、罪過，例如：A small, nevertheless fatal error（很小卻是致命的錯誤）。

在波蘭總統不幸逝世後，聯合國fly the flag at half-staff（降半旗）爲他致哀。俄羅斯已經決定將4月12日列爲national mourning day（全國哀悼日）。在遺體被辨認出來後，俄羅斯官方在斯摩棱斯克機場爲其舉行了簡短的mourning ceremony（哀悼儀式）。
