推特警告大嘴特朗普不要違反使用規則

Twitter has been fighting hate speech for years. Now, it faces what may be the world's most powerful troll: the president of the United States.

多年來，推特一直都在跟仇恨言論作鬥爭。現在，它又面臨着可能是世界上權力最大的人物--美國總統。

President-elect Donald Trump used Twitter for the past 18 months as a megaphone for his views and rants. He's attacked the media, insulted women and praised himself.

在過去的18個月裏，候任總統唐納德·特朗普使用推特大肆宣揚他的觀點和咆哮：他攻擊媒體、辱罵女性還自誇自擂。

While Trump's tweets may not violate Twitter's rules against harassment, threats and "hateful conduct," Twitter is still keeping an eye on his account.

This week, the company told Slate it would consider banning key government officials, even the president, if its rules against hate speech or other language were violated.

本週，推特已經向Slate表示，如果該公司反對憎恨言論或其他言語的規定被觸犯，那麼他們就會考慮封掉政府要員、乃至總統的賬號。

"The Twitter Rules prohibit violent threats, harassment, hateful conduct, and multiple account abuse, and we will take action on accounts violating those policies," a spokesperson wrote.

一位發言人寫道："推特規定禁止暴力威脅、騷擾、可憎行爲以及濫用多個賬戶，我們將會對違法這些政策的賬戶採取行動。"

Trump may not have crossed that line yet, but he hasn't exactly refrained from making incendiary claims.

特朗普可能尚未跨過這條紅線，但是他確實沒有對發佈煽動性的言論有所節制。

Even Republicans have grown wary of Trump's unfiltered, potentially inflammatory tweets.

甚至共和黨人也對特朗普未經過濾、具有潛在煽動性的推文持謹慎態度。

Newt Gingrich, an adviser and vice-chairman of Trump's transition team told USA Today: "The president of the United States can't randomly tweet without having somebody check it out."

特朗普過渡團隊顧問、副主席紐特·金瑞奇表示："美國總統不能未經他人審覈就隨意發佈推文。"
