受局座啓發 河南科大學生馬磊獲國家發明專利

Zhang Zhaozhong, a retired rear admiral and TV commentator, has inspired a postgraduate student to invent a new device and apply for a national patent.

張召忠是一名海軍退休將領和電視評論員，他啓發了一名研究生，使得後者發明了一種新型裝置並申請了國家專利。

The device first came up in 2013, when Zhang discussed whether or not a U.S. nuclear submarine would enter the Yellow Sea on a CCTV program.

有關這種裝置的想法最開始出現是在2013年，當時張召忠在CCTV一個節目上討論美國的核潛艇是否能夠進入黃海。

During the broadcast, Zhang explained that since the water was only 50 meters deep, the submarine would likely become entangled in the seaweed cultivated by farmers living nearby.

在播放過程中，張召忠解釋稱，因爲黃海的海水只有50米深，因此美國的核潛艇很有可能會被附近漁民種植的海帶纏住，根本進不來黃海。

Zhang's theory attracted online buzz and earned him a significant following.

隨後，張召忠的這一言論在網上引起了軒然大波，也爲他帶來了一個重要的追隨者。

Inspired by Zhang, the student, Ma Lei, designed an underwater propeller defense system.

受到張召忠的啓發，一名名叫馬磊的學生設計了一個水下螺旋槳防禦系統。

By impairing the propellers of invading submarines, much like the seaweed would do, the invention can prevent such seacraft from entering waters illegally.

就像海帶纏住潛艇一樣，通過削弱入侵潛艇螺旋槳的動力，該裝置可以防止這些船隻非法進入海域。

Ma applied for a national patent in 2014, which he enventually received on June 8, 2016.

馬磊在2014年申請了國家專利，最終在2016年6月8日收到了專利認證書。

Ma is currently studying Agricultural Machinery at Henan University of Science and Technology, and preparing for his PhD.

馬磊目前在河南科技大學攻讀農業機械專業，正爲他的博士學位做着準備。
