商標狂人! 特朗普在中國批量註冊商標

It's been revealed that renowned entrepreneur and now US president-elect, Donald Trump, applied for trademarks in China on over 80 occasions since 2006, successfully registering 78 trademarks in total, according to a report of Beijing Youth Daily.

據《北京青年報》的一篇報道稱，著名企業家、如今的美國當選總統唐納德·特朗普自2006年以來在中國提交了80餘例商標申請，共成功註冊78個商標。

The majority of his trademarks in China are based on his surname, Trump, or transliterations of his name in Chinese such as Tangnade Chuanpu, Chuanpu, Telangpu, Trump International Golf Club and Trump Plaza.

特朗普在華註冊的大部分商標基於其姓氏特朗普或其姓名的中文音譯，如唐納德·川普、川普、特朗普、川普國際高爾夫俱樂部、川普廣場。

The trademarks he applied for cover a multiple of industries including insurance, finance, and education, and most of the trademarks have been registered for some time. Only a small number of them have been applied for in recent years.

他申請的商標涉及保險、金融、教育等多個行業，大部分商標已註冊有一段時間了，只有一小部分是近年申請的。

The public records also show that Trump filed two registrations for trademarks on April 15, 2016, when the US Presidential campaign was ongoing across the Pacific.

此外公開記錄還顯示，特朗普在2016年4月15日還申請了兩個商標的註冊，當時美國總統選舉正在太平洋彼岸如火如荼的進行着。

It's reported Trump also sued China's trademark authorities last year over a trademark dispute.

據報道，特朗普去年還就一起商標糾紛起訴了中國的商標評審委員會。

In 2006, Trump attempted to apply for the trademark "TRUMP" in China, however, three years later, China's trademark authorities rejected his application as a Chinese business man surnamed Dong had already registered something similar.

2006年，特朗普試圖在中國註冊申請“TRUMP”商標，不過三年之後，中國商標局拒絕了他，因爲一位姓董的中國商人已經註冊了類似的商標。
