男士們也是一樣。不過有時候我們囿於風俗習慣,例如常穿深色的衣服、老是穿套頭毛衣,因此覺得很沮喪,像縮頭烏龜一樣老是待在那裏,一動也不動,一成不變。試着去做些新的改變來跳出氣餒的心情,這就已經不錯了。若平時你總是穿着黑色、咖啡色和藍色的衣服,那不妨試試白色、米黃色、試一些較亮的顏色,或是粉紅色,只要是能振作精神的。
