3)official permission to do sth 批准，授權

4) 指人或機構，當局，官方，當權者// 專家，學術權威，泰斗。

5)權威，威信，影響力

查到這，很多同學說，翻譯成法律的權威機構?法律當局?這時候自以爲的認識legal，變成了————完了，legal是啥意思?

Legal：1)connected with law，與法律有關的，法律的

2)allowed or required by law 法律允許的，合法的

顯然，這裏是第一個合法的機構，合法的當局吧!所以呢，legal authority就是合法當局啦!
