Discrimination in Education

As is shown in the picture,a master student is applying for a job,but he is interviewer just tells him the reason why he cannot get the job because he doesn’t have a le as picture is,what it conveys to us that the requirements from the company is high and strict.

It is of great necessity to figure out the negative influence behind the one hand, from the perspective of the company, they will lose the talents who are qualified for the job, because the certificates cannot prove the applicants’ we all know, some certificates are the other hand, from the employees, they believe they have a high degree, but they still can’t meet the needs of the companies, which exerts an undesirable influence on their career plans or their mental health.

To sum up,there are some suggestions responsible for the above-mentioned tly,the company cannot only judge a person’s ability from the certificate, but most importantly, give them a chance and let them show their real nd,the applicants should improve their own practical ability in order to get their favorite job successfully.

One Problem of the Subway

One Problem of the Subway

Every morning I take the subway to I get on the train,I hear the voice from the loudspeakeralwaysannouncing the wrong station's is too bad,I have to count the stations or look out of the train window so that I know where to get sometimes I can't seethe station's name on the sign at the platform because the train is too it is difficult for me to know where I am.

To make matters worse, when the same thing happens to foreigners or people from outside Beijing, they always get off at the wrong station and lose their subway does make life more convenient for us;it is fast and easy to I hope this kind of situation will be improved in the near future.
