　　Kindness 樂於助人

Last Monday,we had a school meeting and our headmaster spoke highly of a kind boy,whose name is boy is a Junior high school all respect him very much because of his kindness.

One day, LiHua went to school by bus as usual. when he was ready to get on the bus,he saw a thief stealing a woman's wallet,and there is a knife in his hand. LiHua was afraid that the thief would hurt other people on the bus. Suddenly, a good idea came to his mind. He walked to the woman and said" Mum,I want to use your mobilphone''. Soon, the woman realized what happened and replied,"ok, I will give it to you". The driver noticed the thief. He drived the bus to the police station. At last, the thief was under control. Later, the woman sent a letter to our school to express her thanks to Li Hua.

Though I am a senior high school student, I cant do as well as LiHua. His kindness touched me,including all of you. As we all know, a kind heart is important for everyone. Kindness can make the world more beautiful and more lovable. In other words, if the world is a cup,kindness is like cofee, which makes the world meaningful.

　　Do not give up 永不放棄

There is a saying said that don't give up I was a child,my teachers often told that don't give up,and the hope was always there.

Whenever we meet with a problem,however hard the problem is,we shouldn't stop our must have a faith that the most beautiful view will come in after the most high e are also many examples,such as Zhang Haidi,Zheng ZHihua,Helen Keller and so on,they all had a bad life,but they all successed by their efforts.

In a word,if we have dreams,we should do our best to come true our dreams,we shouldn't give up!

　　I Love Winter 我喜歡冬天

Winter is the season of New Year's Day,Christmas Day and the most important festival in a year for Chinese:Spring Festival is also in winter!All the family members are back home that time.I like that!

And sometimes there may be a snow, I like playing after a snow!The world often becomes white,I can make snowmen with my friends ,that's wonderful!

I Love Winter

Although winter means cold weather, I love it all the same. I think winter is a beautiful season, especially when it snows. Snowflakes fall down naughtily. They fall on branches of trees, on roofs of houses and on wheat fields. Soon the whole earth will be dressed in white. Everything is shining in the sun. Every time it snows, I will remember an old saying, "Winter has come, can spring be far away?'

In a word,if we have dreams,we should do our best to come true our dreams,we shouldn't give up!

　　Make Dumplings 餃子

Dumpling is a traditional Chinese food. On the lunar New Year' s Day, most families make a lot of delicious dumplings. To make them, follow this easy process.

The first step is to mix the flour with water. When the dough is ready, we can begin to make dumpling wrappers. We use a rolling pole to roll the dough into small, thin and round pieces so that they will be easy to cook. When the wrappers are done, it' s time to prepare the filling. Usually, we use meat such as beef or mutton, and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling. You may actually choose whatever you like to put into it. We must chop those things into small pieces. Then put some salt, oil and other condiments into it and stir it evenly. When all these preparations are done, we can start making dumplings. First put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Then stick the two opposite sides together and then the rest. Don' t just cover the filling with the wrappers. The best shape of dumplings is that of a ship, because when they are boiling in the pan, they look like ships sailing in the sea. The smell can make your mouth water.

餃子是一種傳統的中國食品。在農曆新年，大多數家庭都會包很多美味的餃子。要包餃子，請按照下列簡單的程序。
