1.英國售貨機裏藏真人爲顧客服務

　　顧客從自動售貨機裏買東西，這似乎是一件再平常不過的事情了。但是最近一段時間，安置在倫敦維多利亞火車站火車站內的一臺售貨機，卻引來很多人的圍觀。這究竟是怎麼一回事呢？原來，祕密在這裏，售貨機後面藏了一個大活人。顧客投進硬幣後，藏在後面的人會問顧客想要哪個商品，之後再把商品扔進洞裏，顧客取出商品後，向售貨機豎起大拇指，表示交易完成。人工售貨機是由英國的一家食品公司安置在這裏的。公司市場部經理表示，之所以這麼做，是希望每天都像機器一樣忙碌工作的/都市人，能從與陌生人的交流中獲得快樂。

　　臺灣有家主題餐廳經營風格另類，服務生穿上護士服，餐桌上還有提供飲料的“點滴”。進入餐廳後，客人甚至可以要求坐在輪椅上，請服務生幫忙推進去。餐廳內牆壁上掛X光片、視力測量表，飲料則在點滴瓶內。另有試管飲料，由服務生推着“護理推車”，用針筒把“試管酒”飲料“注射”到消費者嘴巴里。而飲料的名字噱頭十足，像墮胎用的RU486、鎮定劑、玻尿酸、避孕藥、威而剛、威而柔都有。

3.農夫對奶牛打太極拳提高了牛奶產量

　　“對牛彈琴”的成語大家都明白並不是一個褒義詞，但英國一個奶牛場的農夫Rob Taverner 卻不這麼認爲，每天早上都會身穿那套藍色工作服和一雙防水長靴，在他餵養的奶牛們面前表演太極拳。他認爲動物非常容易受到人類情感感染，太極可以讓人將一切問題拋在腦後，進入一個較好的狀態，他認爲他的表演也會讓這些奶牛感到快樂，從而產出更多的牛奶。好像事實也證明Rob Taverner所言非虛。也許“對牛打太極”也會成爲一種養殖場流行的表演。

　　女孩子們穿着高跟鞋跳舞、逛街很長一段時間後，你的腳也許已經不能再忍受勞累和疼痛，這是你也許最想的是能換穿一雙休閒的平底運動鞋，那該多舒服啊，但你要的鞋子不會從天上掉下來，鞋店也並不是那麼容易馬上可以找到。近日，日本一著名運動品牌在倫敦推出了一種新穎的自動售鞋機，讓你馬上擁有運動鞋的夢變爲了現實。每臺自動售鞋機裏可以放24雙6種尺碼的運動鞋，售價在60~80美元，操作和你在自動售貨機買飲料基本相同，只是售鞋機吐出的是鞋子罷了。

5.某汽車品牌推出“試車間”

　　買衣服能試衣，買車爲什麼不能呢？某汽車品牌在倫敦的經銷點外建起了一個試車間，可以讓顧客在購車前坐進不同的車內，看看自己和不同車輛的搭配情況。調查顯示，有72%的消費者認爲他們的車就是身份的象徵，有95%的人並不知道自己在車內的樣子看起來怎麼樣。

6.獼猴當服務員

日本宇都宮的一家餐廳Kayabuki 僱用了2隻日本獼猴當服務員，一隻是12歲的Fuku ，另外一隻是4歲的Yat 。這兩隻猴子每天工作2小時（日本動物權益條例規定），它們穿着特製的服務員制服，爲客人遞送熱毛巾或啤酒。讓人驚奇的是它們似乎還能聽懂客人的話，有些客人要加啤酒的時候，它們真的就會又把啤酒送過來。2只猴子服務員的報酬就是可以有豆子吃。
