公共場合應禁止導盲犬嗎？ Should the Guide Dog Forbidden in Public?

In 2012, there was a law provided that theblind could carry a guide dog in the public places, and the staff shouldprovide barrier-free service in accordance with the regulations. But there stillexist many public places that the guide dog can not go into, which cause a bigtrouble for the blind.

在2012年，有條法律規定盲人能夠攜帶導盲犬出入公共場合，工作人員也應當根據相關規定提供無障礙服務。但是還是有許多公共場合導盲犬是不能進入的，這給盲人帶來了許多麻煩。

Thepeople who against the guide dog argue that there was too many case the dogattack innocent passerby, especially for the little kid, they have on abilityto fight back, it could be fatal. Moreover, they think guide dog is an animalwhich have parasites or carry a variety of viruses once transmitted to humanswould be a very troublesome thing.

反對導盲犬的人爭論說現在有很多事例都是狗襲擊無辜路人的，特別是小孩子，他們沒有能力反擊，這可是致命的。還有，他們認爲狗狗是體內會細帶各種寄生蟲和病毒的動物，一旦傳染給人類，是非常麻煩的事情。

Consider above reasons, it is understandable that people worry about I can say that they are overthink. Frist of all, according to establishedinternational practice, when people chose a guide dog, it must be a docile dogbreed, and the no.1 condition to be a guide dog is that they do not have therecord of attacking the similar and mankind in the nearly seven nd, all of the guide dog are trained strictly, a bridle-wise guide dogcould lead their owner across through a busy street, they could help the blindto take a bus, pass objects, they will ignored the disturbance to thepassersby, at the same time they also won’t attack on them.

鑑於以上的原因，人們擔心這些是可以理解的。但是，我能肯定他們是想多了。第一，根據已存在的國際慣例，人們選擇導犬時，必須選的是溫順的犬種，還有成爲導盲犬的第一個條件就是在近7代內沒有襲擊同類和人類的記錄。第二，所有的導盲犬都是經過嚴格訓練的，一隻訓練有素的導盲犬能夠在擁擠的街道上引領它的主人，它們能夠幫助主人坐車，傳遞物品，它們會無視路人的干擾，同時不會攻擊他們。
In sum, guild dog is the eyes for theblind. If they go out without a guide dog, many trouble will come to them, theywill not be able to do many things that they want. Hence, guide dog should beallowed to show up in public.

總之，導盲犬是盲人的眼睛。如果他們出行沒有導盲犬，會有許多的麻煩，他們可能很多事情都做不了。因此，導盲犬應當被允許出現在公衆場合。
