“自主創業”英語怎麼說

名詞解釋：所謂自主創業，是指勞動者主要依靠自己的資本、資源、信息、技術、經驗以及其他因素自己創辦實業，解決就業問題。你知道怎麼用英語表達嗎?

A survey shows that the percentage of Chinese college graduates choosing to start own businesses has risen for three consecutive years. The survey polled 268,000 graduates from 28 provinces and regions.

It also found that the average monthly salary of self-employed graduates is higher than those who are not.
