據全國徵兵電話會議消息，我國將吸收更多高學歷年輕人入伍。

【講解】
To draft someone into the army就是“徵某人入伍”，“應徵入伍”自然就是be/get drafted into the army。新聞報道中常用winter conscription來表示“冬季徵兵”，應徵入伍的人叫conscripts。

從高校招募的students-turned compulsory servicemen（大學生義務兵）均可享受一定的preferential policies（優惠政策），包括compensation to college tuition fees（補償學費）、free vocational education for demobilized soldiers（退役後免費職業教育）等。退役後還統一發放gratuity（退役金）。
