[誤] Why don't you take the big road instead of the small one?

[正] Why don't you take the main road instead of the path?

注：英語裏常用 main 表示“主要的”，如：main line（鐵路的主要幹線）；main stem（河流的主要河道）； mainland（對小島和半島而言的“大陸”）等。而中文的“大路”就是“主幹道”的意思，所以也應用 main 修飾。
